This cartoon took shape over the whole season:
On 29/4/2020 Eddie McGuire said “Maybe it does have to be [a] $100,000 [fine] and you get suspended for the year [for breaking Covid rules]”
On 26/6/2020 Steele Sidebottom broke the rules and was found half-naked in Williamstown “under the influence”
On 31/7/2020 McGuire said “If anybody transgresses [Covid rules], you’re on the plane home”
On 1/8/2020 Nathan Buckley & Brenton Sanderson played a game of tennis contrary to the rules.
All parties were subsequently allowed to play on.
